Anytime Fitness Proposal

As part of BU5501 Marketing for the 21st Century, I worked with my team to analyse Anytime Fitness' current business strategy and suggest potential strategies they can employ to gain a larger market share. 

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

We conducted market research to understand Singapore's current gym membership market, which included conducting a SWOT analysis, competitor analysis and positioning map. We then identified Anytime Fitness' issues.

Solution: Gym for Gramps + Anytime Fitness' Hyrox era?

Our first solution was to create senior friendly gyms to capitalise on Singapore's ageing population with AF's sheer number of locations.

Our second solution was to create Hyrox training themed zones to help Singaporeans prep for the "hottest" new fitness challenge and welcome Hyrox fans to AF's fitness community.
